300+ HR decision makers participated in the HR & Technology Minds 2015 – Connecting People & Technology study and shared their view on future challenges, key priorities, technologies and systems relevant for the Human Resources Management. The sample of participants included Group CHROs, HR Boards & Chairmen, HR Directors and other HR Managers from large enterprises mainly situated in Europe.
- Major challenges for the HR sector: Talent management (61%), Appeal of the employer (54%), Demographic change (48%).
- More than 40% state that they do not have a defined method for strategic HR planning.
- 9 out of 10 respondents agree that HR planning will gain in importance in the coming 3-5 years.
